About Diversity

Diversity Health and Social Care was founded in 2012 by a well-qualified and experienced professional having worked in the health industry for over 20 years both in private health sectors and the NHS.

Diversity is a 24hrs provider of Healthcare staffing specializing in the recruitment of Registered Nurses, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with the following qualification:

  • Professional Registered Nurses (RGNs, RMNs)- with experience in various areas such as Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, HDU, Elderly Care, Gynaecology, Haematology, Learning Disability, Mental Health, Neurology, Oncology, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation and Urology, and Endoscopy.
  • Specialist Nurses- Midwives, A&E Nurses, and ITU Nurses, Renal Care and Paediatric Nurses etc.
  • Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers with experience of working in hospital general wards as well as in mental Health Hospitals, care homes, residential and supported living.

Accreditations and memberships

1. Care Quality Commissions (CQC)

We are CQC registered and everything that we do is to ensure that we meet both the minimum and maximum requirements set by CQC (Care Quality Commission) and NHS Workforce Alliance. We will be internally audited by both Workforce Alliance and the Care Quality Commission.

2. Data and Quality Management System (ISO 19001)

We are ISO accredited under the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 with our operation being audited prior to receiving our accreditation. The way we manage our operational system is of the highest quality with all the departments working as a team to ensure a quality service is delivered. 

Sales and customer services department/bookings

As a company, we take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service, a value which is instilled into all our bookings/sales and customer service consultants and thus we are confident that our clients will receive the highest quality customer service when they call us. As well as delivering quality customer service, we also offer the following services.

 

24/7 operation: Our company operates a fully manned service 24hours a day, 7days a week, and 365/366 days a year. Our bookings/sales department is operated on a shift rota system which is as follows:

  • Day Bookings Staff: 8:00am to 20:00pm
  • Night Bookings Staff: 20:00pm-08:00am
