Diversity Health and social Care is a 24hrs provider of Healthcare staffing. We specialize in the recruitment of Registered Nurses (RGNs, RMNs), Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).

Diversity Health and Social Care was founded in 2012 by a well-qualified and experienced staff having worked in the health industry for over 12 years both in private health sectors and the NHS. Our objective is to supply healthcare staff of the following qualifications.

  • Professional Registered Nurses (RGNs, RMNs)- with experience in various       areas such as Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, HDU, Elderly Care, Gynaecology, Haematology, Learning Disability, Mental Health, Neurology, Oncology, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation and Urology, and Endoscopy.
  • Specialist Nurses- Midwives, A&E Nurses, and ITU Nurses, Renal Care and Paediatric Nurses, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Health in the Criminal Justice System staff and Support Workers
  • Home to home care (Domiciliary)

At Diversity Health and Social Care quality is central to everything we do. It starts with the selection and continuous training of our branch managers and franchisees, continues with the rigorous recruitment and vetting of all nurses and care workers registered to work for us, and ends with our on-going reviews of the service performed to ensure total satisfaction.

The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.

The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.

We undergo regular inspection and compliance checks.
